MANAGEMENT AT CENTRAL LEVEL
The school (TCDAVPS) is managed, run and governed by DAV College Managing Committee (DAVCMC), New Delhi. This is the oldest and highly respectable private educational trust in India and runs about 750 educational institutions comprising of public schools, colleges, technical and professional institutions, research centres and universities.

The DAV CMC Trust is headed by its President, Hon. Mr. Poonam Suri.

Mrs. J. Kackria looks after the public school affairs as the Director, PS-III, DAV CMC.

TCDAVPS is a project school under corporate social responsibility (CSR) of Tata Chemicals Limited (TCL), headed by its MD, Hon. Mr. R. Mukundan and COO, Hon. Mr. Zarir Langrana.

MANAGEMENT AT LOCAL LEVEL
For management of school at local level, the DAV CMC Trust has constituted a Local Management Committee (LMC) as per the direction of the CBSE Board.

The LMC is headed by its Hon. Chairman, Mr. N.Kamath, Vice President (Manufacturing) Tata Chemicals Ltd. Mithpaur, The previous Chairmen are Mr. B.B. Kathpalia , Mr. M. Ravindranath, Dr. Arup Basu and Mr. Satish Anand. Mr. Prabodh Mahajan, Vice-Chairman DAV CMC, is the Vice-Chairman of LMC.

Mrs. C. Madhavi is the Manager and Regional Director of TCDAVPS.

Mr. R. K. Sharma, Principal of school, is the ex-officio Secretary of the School LMC since June , 2016 of DAV school at Mithapur.
